Dr. Trisha Swift, DNP - Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Trisha Swift’s 20+ year career spans conventional healthcare, technology, and management consulting - blending frontline expertise with strategic leadership. Starting as a nurse's aide, she rose to registered nurse roles in intensive care and perioperative settings before advancing into the executive leadership and the C-Suite, where she led Quality Improvement, Patient Safety, and Regulatory Accreditation for large health systems.
Driven by a vision for broader impact, Dr. Swift transitioned into consulting, guiding Fortune 500 healthcare organizations, health systems, and insurers through clinical strategy, tech-enabled care, and business transformation. A strong advocate for integrating traditional and complementary medicine into modern healthcare, she has championed initiatives on health equity, disease prevention, digital care, and food as medicine - sharing her insights through published thought leadership in Forbes, Beckers Healthcare Review, and Health Affairs to name a few.
Her passion for holistic well-being inspired her to establish Mula Integrative Health & Wellness, bridging her clinical expertise with the principles of Integrative Ayurveda. Dr. Swift’s experience in navigating the overpriced, fragmented, and reactive sick-care system has fueled her mission to redefine healthcare—shifting it toward a proactive, personalized, and value-driven model of holistic wellness.
Dr. Swift earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Iowa, a Masters degree in Nursing from Mount Mercy University, and a post-doc Masters degree in Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine from Maharishi International University. She's a member and contributor in the Forbes Technology Council and a member of the Harvard Business Review's Advisory Board.
Rabin Pant, MBA - Head of Technology & Business Enablement
With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Rabin is a senior healthcare technology advisor having served in a variety of roles in management consulting and hospital leadership. He has led tech-enabled transformation initiatives for health insurers and healthcare systems across the nation.
Rabin is passionate about leveraging data and technology to transform care, cost, and service for health plans and provider organizations. He has extensive expertise in electronic health records (EHR), population health management (PHM), interoperability, care management, utilization management, data analytics, artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Rabin received his Bachelors in Sociology from the University of Nebraska and a MBA from Walden University. He holds several certifications in cloud technologies and is a published thought leader in tech-enabled healthcare.

Dr. Vivek Shanbhag, ND
Dr. Shanbhag is a Licensed Naturopathic Doctor, Ayurveda Expert, Professor and Best-Seller Author. He is the Founder & Director of Natural Medicine & Ayurveda – Clinic, & Academy in San Jose. His 16 years of education in Natural Medicine & Ayurveda includes 4 years ND at Bastyr University, 4 ½ years MD (Ayurved) at Poona University, 5 ½ years BAMS (Bachelors in Ayurveda Medicine & Surgery) at Karnataka University.
During 1989 thru 2006, he was the Founder & Director of the AYU Ayurvedic Wellness Centre – Clinic & Academy in Seattle. During 1991-96, he was the Chairman of the Ayurvedic Medicine Department at the Bastyr University in Seattle. During 1985-88 he was the Head of the Ayurvedic Research Institute, Pune India.
Currently, he is an adjunct faculty member of Bastyr University in Seattle, MMI College of Ayurveda in Watsonville and Sai Ayurvedic College in Miami. Dr. Robert Keith Wallace, PhD
Robert Keith Wallace is a pioneering researcher on the physiology of consciousness. Dr. Wallace's research showed that the Transcendental Meditation® technique produced a fourth major state of consciousness different than waking, sleeping, or dreaming. His work has inspired hundreds of studies on the benefits of meditation and other mind-body techniques. Dr. Wallace’s findings have been published in Science, American Journal of Physiology, and Scientific American. He received his BS in physics and his PhD in physiology from UCLA, and he conducted postgraduate research at Harvard University.
Dr. Wallace is founding president and member of the board of trustees of Maharishi University of Management (MUM) in Fairfield, Iowa. He is Professor and Chairman of the Department of Physiology and Health. He established the first Maharishi AyurVeda clinics in the United States and is the author of Gut Crisis, The Rest and Repair Diet, The Coherence Code, and Total Brain Coaching.

Heather Swift, MSN RN
As an experienced Nurse Educator, with two decades in healthcare, Heather's career spans perioperative settings, emergency and critical care, acute care, academia, policy-making, and informatics. She has a deep appreciation for holistic, trauma-informed, culturally competent, and patient-centered care, viewing each patient as a unique individual rather than a collection of symptoms.
Heather's mission is to instill these values in future healthcare professionals. By promoting compassion, knowledge, and skill, Heather aims to shape a healthcare environment that combines science with empathy and respect for the human experience.
Heather received her Bachelors in Nursing from Mount Mercy University and her Masters in Nursing from Western Governors University. She is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Tennessee Wesleyan University and is often sought after for her expertise in child safety policy and legislation.
